1. Media Consent. By registering, you consent to photo, audio, and video recording at the event and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your image/voice for promotional/editorial purposes for 5 years, and for archiving indefinitely, across any media.

2. If you don’t want to be filmed/photographed: email info@jordancreate.com before the event (or tell the registration desk on arrival). We’ll mark your badge and our crew will avoid filming/photographing you and seat you near No-Film areas where possible.

3. Withdrawal. You can withdraw consent for future use at any time by emailing us. This won’t require removing content already published or captured live, but we’ll stop new use where reasonably possible.

4. Speakers/Performers. If you are on stage or part of programmed content, you agree to full recording and distribution of your session (slides/Q&A included).

5. Minors. Anyone under 18 requires parent/guardian consent.

6. Data & Privacy. We process your data under Jordan’s PDPL. See our Privacy Notice: [link].

1. الموافقة على التصوير. بالتسجيل، أنت توافق على التقاط صور/صوت/فيديو خلال الفعالية وتمنحنا ترخيصًا عالميًا مجانيًا لاستخدام صورتك/صوتك لأغراض ترويجية/تحريرية لمدة 5 سنوات، ولأغراض الأرشفة دون مدة محددة، وفي أي وسيلة.

2. في حال عدم رغبتك بالتصوير: أرسل رسالة إلى info@jordancreate.com قبل الفعالية (أو أخبر مكتب التسجيل عند الوصول). سنضع علامة على بطاقتك وسيتجنّب فريقنا تصويرك/تسجيلك قدر الإمكان، مع تخصيص مناطق ممنوع التصوير حيثما أمكن.

3. سحب الموافقة. يمكنك سحب الموافقة للاستخدامات المستقبلية عبر البريد الإلكتروني. لا يوجب ذلك إزالة ما تم نشره سابقًا أو البث المباشر، لكننا سنتوقف عن أي استخدام جديد ما أمكن.

4. المتحدثون/العروض. إذا كنت على المسرح أو ضمن برنامج الجلسات فأنت توافق على التسجيل الكامل ونشره (بما في ذلك الشرائح/الأسئلة).

5. القُصّر. من هم دون 18 عامًا يحتاجون موافقة ولي الأمر.

6. البيانات والخصوصية. نعالج بياناتك وفق قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية الأردني. راجع سياسة الخصوصية: [الرابط].
