Delete your Jordan Create account.
How to delete your Jordan Create guest app account, what is removed, and what is kept.

In short
- Delete from inside the app: Menu, Settings, Delete account.
- No app? Email marhaba@jordancreate.com from the address you signed in with.
- Your ticket stays valid and is kept for the edition's records. Your profile and everything linked to it is deleted.
In the app
- Open the Menu tab, then Settings.
- Tap Delete account and read the warning.
- Tap Continue, then Delete account to confirm. Deletion runs straight away and signs you out.
By email
Email marhaba@jordancreate.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address you use to sign in. We will confirm the request by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, photo (including earlier versions), interests and social links.
- Your network, and your card from other guests' networks.
- The guests you blocked, and blocks other guests placed on you.
- Workshop bookings, push notification tokens and WhatsApp conversations linked to your profile.
- Reminders and other data the app kept on your phone.
- Your sign-in account. Your email is no longer linked to a guest pass.
What is kept
- Your ticket. It is unlinked from your profile and kept for up to 24 months after the edition for attendance records and accounting, then deleted or anonymised.
- Reports. Reports you made are kept as a safety record without your email address. Reports made about you are kept with the name and card link they were made about. Both are kept for up to 24 months after the report is closed.
- Records of changes our team made to your profile, for up to 24 months, and sign-in and server logs, for up to 90 days.
