Marwan AbuGhosh

Marwan AbuGhosh is a Jordanian Esports leader, former competitive player, and General Manager of the Jordan Esports Federation. His journey in Esports started at the age of 14 as a player, alongside an early passion for student and volunteer work. In 2018, while still a second-year Business Administration student at the University of Jordan, he organized his first Esports tournament — an experience that would eventually shape his career. After graduating in 2021, Marwan spent two and a half years working in banking before joining the Jordan Olympic Committee as the first employee tasked with helping establish the Jordan Esports Federation. Working closely with H.R.H. Prince Omar bin Faisal, President of the Federation, he became part of the team that built the Federation from the ground up — from establishing its headquarters and developing its team, to building partnerships, competitions, professional pathways, and a broader Esports ecosystem across Jordan.
