Chef Ali Ghzawi is a Jordanian chef and entrepreneur, winner of Top Chef MENA and Chef Patron of Alee in Amman. His cooking reinterprets the flavours and traditions Jordanians grew up with, using contemporary techniques while keeping local ingredients, producers, seasons, and culinary memories at the centre. Through Alee and his public work, he celebrates Jordanian food culture and the stories that bring people together around a table.
