Mahmoud Abuqalbain is a Strategy Senior Manager at Accenture, focused on Smart Cities and Capital Projects, and Head of Communications for Accenture's Riyadh Center of Excellence. With BSc and MSc degrees in Civil Engineering, he began his career in construction with firms including Gilbane and Granger Construction before moving into consulting at PwC Middle East, where he advised on government transformation and large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
